Overview

The website at https://dartiq.ai is owned by DartIQ.ai Inc. By accessing the site, you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. The company reserves the right to add additional guidelines for specific features.

1. Accounts

Users may register for accounts by providing accurate information and may delete their account at any time. You are responsible for keeping login information confidential and must notify the company of any unauthorized access. The company cannot and will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply.

2. Access to the Site

DartIQ.ai grants a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, noncommercial use only. Users may not commercially exploit the site, modify or reverse engineer content, build competing products, or copy materials without authorization. The company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the site at any time, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and retains all intellectual property rights. Any feedback you provide is assigned to the company.

3. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify DartIQ.ai, including for third-party claims arising from site use, term violations, or legal violations, and not to settle any matter without the company's prior written consent.

4. Third-Party Links; Other Users

The site may contain external links not controlled by DartIQ.ai, provided only as a convenience and not reviewed or endorsed. You release and discharge the company from disputes related to the site or third-party links; California residents waive Civil Code Section 1542.

5. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis, and the company expressly disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. No warranty is made regarding uninterrupted availability, security, or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and liability is capped at fifty US dollars maximum.

7. Term and Termination

The company may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for any reason. Upon termination, access ends immediately with no liability. Sections 2.2–2.6 and Sections 3–8 survive termination.

8. General

The company may revise these terms and will notify users via email or site posting. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act via JAMS, except for small claims or intellectual property disputes, with a class-action waiver and jury-trial waiver.
